WWE will bring the Elimination Chamber event at the grand Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia, on February 24th, 2024, beginning the international PLE spree for this year. Several big names should be a part of the show but it may not include The Rock.
Going by the previous reports, the Australian officials were hopeful that The Great One would be able to make it to the Elimination Chamber event, especially after his appearance on the WWE Raw Day 1 edition.

In an update, a tenured member of the WWE creative team informed Ringside News that, "As far as we know, Rock not on Chamber." So, it was essentially confirmed that the legend's return to Australia after two decades isn't booked.
Interestingly, top WWE attraction Roman Reigns is also not scheduled to work the Elimination Chamber 2024 PLE. This doesn't come as a surprise since his face has been absent from all the publishing materials since the event's announcement.
That being said, The Rock vs. Roman Reigns dream match isn't really getting preponed to Elimination Chamber. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter further emphasized the fact that WWE isn't nurturing the idea for the Australian PLE.
"What we did have confirmed is the Australia rumors aren't accurate. Reigns is not even scheduled for the show. He's never been advertised and there are no plans for him for that date right now."
The source also noted that WWE may do something with The Rock at WrestleMania but it's not essentially going to be a one-on-one encounter with Roman Reigns. Cody Rhodes is already planned to challenge him for the undisputed title.
Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns II has long been slated to headline Wrestlemania in Philadelphia and that plan hasn't changed. If The Rock gets involved into the equation then the match might just be converted into a triple threat.
At this point, Roman Reigns is slated to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Title against Randy Orton, AJ Styles, and LA Knight in a fatal-4-way match at the Royal Rumble on January 27th at the Tropicana Field in Orlando, Florida.
