The match card of the 2024 edition Elimination Chamber is already set as the premium live event takes place in an international capacity within a week from now. Apart from the top superstars from the active roster, a former champion could also be seen on the show.
Sheamus is the concerned former world champion who's back in the conversation to make a return on the Road to WrestleMania 40 and possibly at Elimination Chamber as he's done recuperating from an injury.

The last time we saw Sheamus was on the August 18th episode of SmackDown, where he lost to WWE Hall of Famer Edge in a first-time-ever match. While Edge left the WWE, afterward, his last opponent was sidelined due to a shoulder injury.
In an update to the injury situation, ProWrestlingScoops has reported that The Celtic Warrior has been cleared to return to in-ring action and WWE Officials are discussing plans so that he could be brought back at the Elimination Chamber premium live event.
No update was provided regarding the capacity that the Irish WWE Superstar is being considered to make a return to the scene. The Men's Elimination Chamber match could have been an option but all the six participants of that bout have been confirmed.
Previously, while talking to Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer discussed Sheamus dealing with a very bad shoulder injury while no exact detail was provided. As of early 2024, he was supposed to be back into the WWE fold in time for The Royal Rumble.
However, after the return got postponed, his WWE future seemed to be in jeopardy given that his contract with the company is also up in early 2024. Time will tell if he resurfaces on TV at Elimination Chamber, next weekend.
The 2024 WWE Elimination Chamber premium live event is scheduled from the Optus Stadium next Saturday night February 24 in Perth, Australia. The confirmed match card for the final PLE before WrestleMania 40 is given below:
