Bengaluru, Feb 22: WWE managed to grab a huge mainstream name under their wings in the form of Ronda Rousey. This happened at the time of Wrestlemania season that is supposed to favour the programming to a huge extent. While arriving on the scene at the Rumble event, Ronda hinted to compete at the grandest stage of them all.

This leaves us wondering her first-ever match in the WWE. Most of the fans do consider her in a championship match at Wrestlemania. But, we need to rethink since she is still a newbie inside the squared circle and needs to prove her potential, here before getting a championship shot.

Hence, the sources gave updates that a mixed tag team match will be happening at Wrestlemania where Ronda Rousey will team up with The Rock to take on the team of Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. However, there is no confirmation on The Rock's availability considering he is one of the biggest Hollywood stars.

Hence, WWE is keeping a backup name ready from the Raw roster in case needed, according to Sports Illustrated. He is none other than the former World Champion, Seth Rollins who is not booked in any of the storyline angles. In fact, he is one of those names whose status at the biggest event of the year is still in jeopardy.

Kurt Angle would have been a good choice for the former Bantamweight Champion. But, he was not physically well while competing at the Survivor Series PPV. After picking up injuries from that match, WWE might not allow him, at all to return to the ring at this year's Wrestlemania.

Another choice would have been Shane McMahon considering his rift with both Triple H and Stephanie. But, he belongs to a different brand and dragging him into a Raw storyline might not seem organic but rather forceful. Besides, he is already in a feud against Daniel Bryan on the blue brand.
