Bengaluru, September 7: Nikki Bella, the former Divas Champion has not been part of the WWE ever since Wrestlemania 33 as she was advised to take time off to recover from her neck injury. While being away from in-ring competition, she continued her hoorah in TV series like Total Divas & Total Bellas.
In addition, it was announced that she will be part of the popular show on ABC, Dancing With the Stars. This will make her more of an established face on the American Reality TV series in the mainstream. Nikki's partner will be a professional dancer, Artem Chigvintsev.
As reported by sescoops.com these are the other superstars who will join the upcoming season of the show,
“The other celebrities Nikki will be competing with include NFL star Terrell Owens, Barbara Corcoran of “Shark Tank,” actor Frankie Muniz, and married entertainment personalities Nick and Vanessa Lachey.”
Nikki Bella will be the third WWE Superstar to participate in the Dancing With the Stars show, Prior to her, Stacy Keibler (in 2006) and Chris Jericho (in 2011) made their presence felt in the series.

This season the show will be aired live on ABC from September 18th onwards. Interestingly, it will clash against the flagship show of the WWE, Monday Night Raw. But, with one of the supposed franchise players featuring on the ABC show, WWE will earn more mainstream attention.

The elder Bella was also approached for the show last year. But, since she returned following the Summerslam PPV, her schedule did not allow her to feature on the show. There’s no confirmation till date, on her return. Hence, we could certainly expect her to be seen more in such shows.
