The match card of the final WWE Network/Peacock Specials of this year, Deadline from the NXT brand started falling in place from this week onward with multiple Iron Survivor Challenge match participants being announced for the show.

Overall three qualifying matches went down on last night’s weekly episode of NXT for the annual Iron Survivor Challenge matchup from both the men’s and women’s divisions, capitalizing on which Sol Ruca, Wes Lee, and Je’Von Evans made their way to Deadline PLE.

In the second match of the November 12 episode of NXT, Sol Ruca defeated Cora Jade to qualify for the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at Deadline. In an upset win, Ruca hit the Sol Snatcher on Jade for the victory.

Wes Lee followed that win by defeating Cedric Alexander in a second qualifier, earning a spot in the men’s Iron Survivor Challenge match. In the final qualifier, Evans defeated Lexis King with a springboard-spinning splash on his way to Deadline.



It’s been noted that more Iron Survivor Challenge qualifiers will be there on next week’s NXT episode. Superstars like Giulia, Stephanie Vaquer, and Jaida Parker from the NXT women’s roster expressed their intentions of competing in the match throughout last night’s episode.

In more news for Deadline, the NXT Championship will be on the line at the PLE. The champion Trick Williams called out Ridge Holland for a face-off but instead, Andre Chase came out and wanted a rematch against Ridge. Ridge came out and declined the challenge.

Trick then made an offer and set up a match for the two set for next week with the winner facing him for the NXT Title at Deadline. Ridge accepted but also implied that Andre Chase would have to close Chase University forever if he loses.

WWE NXT Deadline 2024 Match Card

The 2024 NXT Deadline premium live event takes place on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Minneapolis Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The currently confirmed match card for the final WWE PLE of the year goes as follows,

- Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge: Sol Ruca vs. 4 others TBD

- NXT Championship Match: Trick Williams (c) vs. Ridge Holland or Andre Chase
