The existence of the Island of Relevancy has been gone from the WWE following WrestleMania 40 where Roman Reigns was seen competing for one last time in the spring. The latest reports affirm that he will be back for a match, next at SummerSlam.
As seen on the post-WrestleMania 40 episode of SmackDown, Solo Sikoa added "MFT" Tama Tonga to The Bloodline and he is trying to be the new Tribal Chief in the absence of Roman Reigns.

Solo and Tama also attacked Jimmy Uso, to write Jimmy off WWE TV as he's injured from his match against brother Jey Uso at WrestleMania XL. For the time being, Solo and Tama will continue to grow their strength on SmackDown.
In an update on the situation, WWFOldSchool informs that Roman Reigns' next match will be against Solo Sikoa and it is currently targeted to take place at SummerSlam 2024 set from the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio on August 3rd.
As of this writing, Solo and Tama are scheduled to face Randy Orton and Kevin Owens in a tag team match at Backlash France. This comes after the heel duo attacked Owens and Orton appeared as the rescuer.
Roman Reigns is expected to resurface to reclaim his throne as the Head of the Table and move on to a feud against Sikoa to result in the SummerSlam matchup. Thus, he is also rightly advertised to appear on the SmackDown before the biggest event of the summer.
This advertisement is another indication that his lengthy hiatus will end during the summer and he will return to participate in the August PLE. Rumors are there that he might work in the Saudi Arabia PLE in late May but there's no such confirmation available.
In the main event of WrestleMania 40 Night Two, Roman Reigns lost the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship to Cody Rhodes which expectedly started the ongoing hiatus for the biggest box office attraction of the company.
