Bengaluru, Feb 23: After almost three years of wait, WWE fans finally got to see Ronda Rousey coming to the company. It happened at the Royal Rumble PPV where an all-women battle royal happened for the first time crowning Asuka as the winner. Ronda decided to steal the spotlight by interrupting her winning moment.

She pointed out to the Wrestlemania sign hinting that her first match in the WWE is coming up at the biggest event of the year at New Orleans on April 8th. Speculations are really high on this even from the mainstream media considering she is a veteran name in the MMA industry.

So, ever since Royal Rumble passed by, the fans started to wonder when a storyline angle featuring her will begin in the WWE programming. Last week, it was confirmed that Ronda Rousey is resurfacing at the Elimination Chamber PPV. She will sign her WWE contract on the final Raw-exclusive PPV before Wrestlemania 34.

It is almost evident that a new angle will start on that night that will culminate at this year's Wrestlemania. Apart from that, there's another big reason why this contract signing segment was added to this PPV event. NoDQ.com gave us updates about the same which is quite significant.

According to the source, the ticket selling for the Elimination Chamber has not been good, so far which has been a constant problem for the brand-exclusive PPVs. Hence, making Ronda Rousey appear, was a masterstroke to fetch the attention. So, instead of hosting it on Monday Night Raw, a PPV seems much more suitable for the officials.

Plus, the venue of this event plays a big role, too. The show will emanate from the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada which is situated just outside of Las Vegas. In case you don't know, the UFC Headquarter is situated in the same city, as well. Hence, Ronda Rousey is quite synonymous with the sports fans of this city.

The contract-signing segment will also make up for one match on that night where the card is not much stacked, this year. It is likely that Ronda will engage in an altercation with Stephanie McMahon. Chances of seeing her getting involved in the women's title picture are quite less, at this point.
