Ronda Rousey set to perform at Wrestlemania 35 in 2019

Along with Triple H, the head honcho of the WWE also confirmed that Ronda Rousey will be a part of Wrestlemania 35, next year.

Bengaluru, March 22: Ronda Rousey's alliance with the WWE is considered to be one of the biggest signings in the sports entertainment history. Not only is she the most valuable member of the female roster but also be the one to take the women’s revolution to the next level.

Meanwhile, WWE recently hosted a press conference in the New York City for the official announcement of Wrestlemania 35. It took place at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New York, New Jersey. Numerous big names from the company like Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, John Cena, Nikki Bella and more attended in the media call.

Ronda Rousey also attended the event where a big revelation was made about her. During the women’s revolution topic, WWE COO, Triple H talked about one woman who was quietly preparing to embrace her new life. The former UFC Bantamweight Champion geared up for sometime while WWE was setting up the stage for her.



The head honcho of the WWE also confirmed that Ronda Rousey will also be a part of Wrestlemania 35, next year,

“While that evolution was happening in WWE, somebody else was creating an evolution of her own. She was winning medals, winning championships, having entire divisions created just for her, showing the world she can do anything. I’m really proud to announce that lifelong fan of WWE is now a full-time WWE Superstar. I’m also proud to say that she will be standing in the ring right here next year in the middle of MetLife Stadium, competing at WrestleMania.”

This was the hint from the company that the former MMA performer signed a multi-year contract with the company where she will continue to perform on behalf of them, especially in the bigger PPV events. This would genuinely help the WWE to sell out more tickets for the upcoming events.



It was also confirmed during the call that Ronda Rousey will be performing at the upcoming live event at the iconic arena, Madison Square Garden. The event will be hosted on July 7th which will be a dream come true for the rowdy superstar. So, she could not contain her excitement,

“I would love to have the opportunity to fight here because this is another time I feel like I earned the right to fight here because I fought for it. I want a tie to a historical place like this and I want to be remembered in a positive way.”
