Bengaluru, March 19: Injuries are bound to happen in a physical sport like pro-wrestling. The athletes put their bodies on the line every night they perform to entertain the fans. Over the past couple of months, numerous WWE superstars suffered injuries to rule them out of Wrestlemania 34. It will be an unfortunate situation if the main-eventer of the show suffered the same consequence.
An injury scare for main eventer AJ Styles has been doing the rounds recently after the bygone Madison Square Garden live event. Style was expected to share the ring with Shinsuke Nakamura in the opening segment of the show. A tag team match was scheduled between these two and the team of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn and it never happened due to the heels attack on the WWE Champion.
Usually, in WWE, the superstars sell their injuries and get back up on their feet, later. However, the referee present in the ring gave the X-signal to the backstage. This is the sign which refers to a legit injury picked up by a superstar. So, the fans were really upset after AJ Styles was taken to the locker room by the help of the officials.

To enlighten the WWE Universe, stillrealtous.com reported that the 'face that runs the place’ is fine and this was just an angle executed perfectly by the veteran pro-wrestling superstar. So, there’s no need to worry as the dream match between AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura at Wrestlemania 34 is still safe,
This is what the source had to say, “Whether or not it was believed at the time that AJ Styles was actually injured is beside the point. Because The Phenomenal One soon re-emerged from the back and he brought a friend with him in the form of a steel chair to run off the Yep Movement.
If Styles was really injured there is no way WWE would let him run back out and take part in a physical spot in the ring. The fact that Styles also walked by himself is also a very good sign that he’s okay.”
