Bengaluru, March 11: The speculations around the Undertaker's return to the WWE are growing day by day. It was further fuelled after John Cena challenged The Phenome for a match at Wrestlemania on the post-Elimination Chamber episode of WWE Raw. Recently a post on social media containing his training footage has added even more hyped to it.
Michelle McCool, the wife of the Undertaker has shared a video of her husband working out in the gym. He was seen lifting heavy weights which is an indication that he is in good shape and can make a return, anytime soon. The general thought was that he might return in the upcoming edition of WWE Raw to confront John Cena.
The franchise player of the company is expected to lose in the the WWE Championship match. When it would look that he does not have a road to Wrestlemania, the Deadman will rise again to pave a unique way for him. This would set up the biggest match of Cena’s career, perhaps.

In a recent report from Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was stated that WWE will not wait until Monday Night Raw to start the angle. Rather, The Undertaker would appear at the Fastlane PPV to start the angle. This is what the source had to offer regarding this,
“I believe the setup for The Undertaker vs. John Cena match will be at Fastlane. I don’t think they will wait for RAW for that one”
Technically, there’s a good way to involve the potential opponent of the Cenation Leader at the Fastlane PPV. The main event match will be a six-pack challenge for the WWE Championship which means it is a no-disqualification contest. It gives Undertaker an opportunity to make his presence felt in this match costing Cena the match and start the storyline for a potential dream bout.
This is just a rumor, at this point. The veteran himself denied any sort of speculations during his recent appearance in an event for Kane’s mayoral campaign. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com revealed his statements that indicate he desperately tried to downplay the much-anticipated comeback, (courtesy ringsideneas.com)
"He did a signing in Knox County Tennessee with Kane to help promote Glenn Jacobs for mayor. Apparently, Kane and The Undertaker are close. There are some fans asking him about returning and why he could very well have been working them.
He kind of gave the impression of "don't hold your breath, don't wait for that one," but we will see. If I was The Undertaker and I was returning certainly I would want to keep the mystique and aura going."
