Rumour: The Undertaker not appearing at Wrestlemania 34

Bengaluru, March 15: John Cena throwing a challenge to The Undertaker on WWE Raw was supposed to be the perfect indication for a return for the latter mentioned one. Previously, he also hinted at the same stating that Wrestlemania can bring back a legend from dead. These were speculated as a legit indication that the legendary persona will soon resurface.

Meanwhile, we should note that the franchise player of the company also noted that the officials informed him about Undertaker being unavailable which is why the dream match is not possible. This was thought to be a storyline angle. But, apparently, this might turn out to be legit in the recent reports are to be believed.

Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated was the first one to break the news that the Undertaker will not perform at Wrestlemania in New Orleans. This will be after 25 long years that he will not be seen in what is considered to be his yard. From that perspective, John Cena has let us know about the real situation.

This might be the reason why the Cenation Leader was shifted to the Smackdown Live brand. Despite his potential opponent’s absence from the biggest event of the year, he is pencilled for a big match at Wrestlemania. Check out the updates from wrestlingnews.co,

Another indication of the Phenome’s absence from the grandest stage is that WWE did not include him in Wrestlemania 34 Blu-ray cover art. This was recently released from which the earlier center attraction is notably missing.

Furthermore, the state of Louisiana will not allow his pendant move of Piledriver which might be another reason why The Undertaker might not be seen. There’s no confirmed update on his status for quite sometimes. WWE has never stated that he is retired following his loss to Roman Reigns, last year. Needless to say, Wrestlemania will no more be the same, in his absence.
