In an incredible atmosphere at Clash at the Castle premium live event in Glasgow, Scotland, Cody Rhodes forced AJ Styles to say "I Quit" to retain his Undisputed WWE Championship in front of his mother.
Cody handcuffed AJ to the ring ropes and went on to utilize the steel ring steps to smash his opponent but before he did so, AJ said "I Quit" to end the match. But upon his mother's positive nod, Cody hit AJ with the steel steps, anyway.

Following the match, Cody was walking back through the ramp The Bloodline - Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tanga Loa attacked Cody, which led to Randy Orton and Kevin Owens making the save for the reigning champion.
With this, the next feud over the WWE Championship has been teased as reports from Wrestling Observer Newsletter suggest, Cody is expected to go up against Solo Sikoa, who is acting to be the current "Head of the Table" of The Bloodline.
The source mentioned how this would be the next big match for The American Nightmare, "The next 'big destination' match right now for Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes appears to be Solo Sikoa."
There's no update on whether WWE plans to do the singles contest between Solo and Cody at the next premium live event, Money in the Bank in July. But this program should lead the WWE Champion back to The Bloodline ahead of Roman Reigns' rumoured return.
It was back at WrestleMania XL that Cody Rhodes defeated Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Championship to send the latter into a hiatus and cement himself as the new poster figure of the company.
Following his successful Clash at the Castle title defense, Cody Rhodes took to Instagram and reflected on what could be next for him on SmackDown. His intentions were clear and he wanted to "bust up Solo's team."
That being said, it seems like an immediate six-man tag team match featuring the three Bloodline members and the team of Cody, Orton, and Owens could be waiting while the endgame in the program would be Cody vs. Solo for the WWE Title.
