They are the most bizarre characters which is why a unique storyline was expected for the feud. However, the rivalry has under-delivered as it managed to garner the least attention from the fans as the mysterious promo segments were not enough to add hype to the unique rivalry.

Recently, the announcement of a match between these two at the Hardy Compound has raised a ray of hope to end this feud on a bigger note. This one is likely to give a proper culmination to their storyline angle. If the rumours are to be believed then the match would be held at Wrestlemania 34.

This might be the best option to alter the career for the two participants of this match in the postive direction, as well. A report from the 434 Facebook page gave updates that Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy might form a tag team once the match at the Hardy Compound gets over.

There's a reason to launch this new tag team with these two. The number one contender's spot for the WWE Raw division is vacant, right now. The reigning champions, The Bar has defeated all the present teams to start bragging about their accomplishments. They are yet to receive a challenger.

The ongoing storyline suggests that a surprise team will show up in this capacity. It is likely that none other than the tag team formed by Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt will end up reserving this spot. Most probably, this match and the surprise is going to be revealed at Wrestlemania 34 where the crowd will literally be shocked.
