Survivor Series will wrap things up in the premium live event calendar of the WWE later this year. Being one of the Big-Four PLEs and the WarGames' attraction attached to it, the excitement remains pretty high around the show which has now become official.
Just a day before the annual SummerSlam event, it has been revealed that this year's WWE Survivor Series WarGames will take place at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on November 30.

The date and location announcement came through a video posted to social media where the WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque mentioned that the call was made after having a conversation with Destination Vancouver, a non-profit organization that works to increase tourism in the city.
Now that the deal between WWE and Destination Vancouver is done, the head honcho of the company also revealed the return of the WarGames gimmick match for the third year in a row in this particular PLE.
Survivor Series will also mark the second WWE PLE of this year in Canada following Money in the Bank which took place in July at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. That night set a new record of becoming the highest-grossing WWE arena event in the country.
This coming edition will also be the first time that Survivor Series will have Vancouver as the host. The city hasn't hosted a WWE premium live event or pay-per-view since 1998's WWF In Your House 26: Rock Bottom.
In recent times, WWE has had multiple television tapings in Vancouver, however, and it included the New Year's Revolution edition of Friday Night SmackDown earlier this year which also went down at the Rogers Arena.
Last year's edition of Survivor Series WarGames was a significant night in the history of the company, as it featured the return of two top stars in the fold, Randy Orton and CM Punk.
While Orton was announced in advance as he took part in the main event WarGames match, Punk had a surprise homecoming at the All-State Arena in Chicago, Illinois which many believe to be the best return of all time.
