Bengaluru, July 20: With The Usos turning on their leader, the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, The Bloodline storyline is reportedly coming to an end. At least, they're no more expected to show association like a top faction.
That could be a piece of bad news for the WWE creative team since it's The Bloodline that dragged Smackdown during the entire post-pandemic era and kept the show on top of cable TV in terms of ratings and viewership.

It appears that the WWE did have some backup plans while intending to split up Roman Reigns and Co. as they gradually built up another top faction on the Raw brand which now claims to be running things in the entire WWE.
That faction is predictably The Judgment Day - Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and Rhea Ripley who are already dominating the red brand. From last week onward, they have also taken things over on NXT.
In an update, WRKD Wrestling noted that The Judgment Day storyline is being geared up to be a replacement for the Bloodline Saga. In recent times, the officials have noticed tons of fan interest and longevity for the group.
WWE does see Judgment Day as the successor to The Bloodline and PWInsider further reports that WWE is internally very happy with the young bunch and how they've carried themselves, thus far since debut.
The heel stable's recent appearance on NXT was also touted by the source, "WWE is absolutely thrilled with Judgment Day appearing on WWE NXT programming, internally crediting it with helping to raise the audience in recent weeks, PWInsiderElite.com can confirm."
Over on this week's episode of NXT, Dominik Mysterio of Judgment Day dethroned Wes Lee to become the new NXT North American Champion. Now, the mid-card belt from NXT will be seen on Raw.
WWE head honchos are said to be absolutely thrilled With Dominik's heel work cum title win and long-term plans around Judgment Day have been sketched so that they can appear on NXT through the 2023 Great American Bash and beyond.
At this point, Dominik is expected to defend his newly won title against Mustafa Ali, the number-one contender for the North American Championship who had previously secured a victory over Tyler Bate on July 4 episode.
Apart from one champion in Dominik, Judgment Day also has a future champion in Mr. Money in the Bank Damian Priest, Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley, and the next challenger for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Finn Balor.
