Update on multiple WWE Superstars suffering from injuries

Bengaluru, Jan 26: Some of the WWE superstars on the current roster continues to fall into the injured list category on a constant basis to increase the headache of the officials.
This is happening at the time of the Royal Rumble PPV when the Wrestlemania season which is yet another concern for them. One of the main eventers, Dean Ambrose was sidelined to miss the biggest event of the year.
In recent times, Paige, one of the favourites to win the women's Royal Rumble was also taken off the inaugural match due to a career-threatening concussion. Plus, Samoa Joe also suffered a leg injury on the January 8th episode of WWE Raw that was initially thought to be a minor one.
However, it turned out to be a fatal one owing to which WWE has now pulled off from the Royal Rumble graphics confirming that he will no longer be participating in it. If the advertisements are any indication, then he is not likely to be cleared until the Wrestlemania season after getting withdrawn from the March Live Events, as well.

As you can see, one of the favourites for the Royal Rumble match was also taken off from the mix that will cause him to miss Wrestlemania for a second consecutive year. Perhaps, keeping this in mind, the company decided to keep a couple of superstars off from in-ring competition. Kevin Owens is the name who was removed from the January 16th episode of Smackdown Live.
According to the reports from NoDQ.com, the Prizefighter was suffering a minor concussion. Since he will be involved in the WWE Championship match at Royal Rumble, the officials did not intend to take any risk putting it in a jeopardy. Hence, he was sent home to take rest in order to recuperate in quick time. He was back on this week’s episode where he wrestled minimum time for the same reason.
From WWE Raw, Jason Jordan is another name who was kept off from competition for the same reason. He will be defending the Raw tag team titles at Royal Rumble. Hence, he was not allowed to compete to heal off his concussion. The tag champ was present on Raw but did not involve in any physical capacity. Hopefully, his match at the PPV will not hamper due to this injury.
