Bengaluru, December 14: WWE, earlier added hype to the Clash of Champions PPV with the announcement of the first main event that will be contested for the WWE Championship between AJ Styles and Jinder Mahal.
Last week, another match was confirmed to stack the card for the last PPV event of the year with the Smackdown authorities being involved in it.
Shane McMahon announced that Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will put their career on the line with him being the special guest referee. That capacity was changed to a huge extent on this week’s Smackdown Live when Daniel Bryan inserted himself into the mix, as well as the second special guest referee.
This announcement changed the whole complexion of the match. Earlier, it was almost confirmed that we are going to see the end of Owens and Zayn on the blue brand, this week. But, now that Daniel Bryan will work as the equalizer against the commissioner’s vendetta, there are still hopes reserved for the heel team.
