By MyKhel Staff

WWE Superstar and Hollywood actor John Cena has arrived in Mumbai, India to be part of the star-studded guest list for Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant wedding, scheduled to take place this weekend at the Jio World Convention Centre.

The 16-time World Champion, who last week announced his retirement tour from in-ring competition, was spotted at the Mumbai airport upon his arrival in India to attend the Ambani wedding, which kicked off celebrations from earlier this month.

The Wrestler-turned-actor was seen waving and smiling at fans on his arrival before he boarded the car to leave the airport. Here is a glimpse of Cena's reaction towards the fans:

The grand wedding is expected to be graced by several celebrities, including guest from Hollywood. Cena is one among the Hollywood stars attending the event with the Kadarshians also set to be in attendance.

This is John Cena's second visit to India within a year, having headlined the WWE Superstar Spectacle event in Hyderabad in September 2023, when he teamed up with Seth Rollins to defeat the team of Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci in the main event.

Cena, who is a 16-time World Champion, could be in line to set a record during his retirement tour, which kicks off probably next year with WrestleMania 41 to be his last WrestleMania, but he is expected to make numerous appearance next year before he calls it quits.

Coming back to the wedding celebrations of Anant and Radhika, the ceremony will begin on Friday (July 12) with the auspicious Shubh Vivah, where guests are requested to wear Indian traditional attire.

On Saturday (July 13), they will celebrate Shubh Aashirwad with a dress code of Indian formal. The celebrations will conclude on July 14 with Mangal Utsav, the wedding reception, for which guests are encouraged to dress in Indian chic attire, a mix of formal and casual wear.
