Bengaluru, March 20: WrestleMania is all about setting careers, breaking records, and making legends. Each year, some of the previous records get shattered and new ones are created by superstars who etch their legacy in the history books.

Most notably, the greatest streak of all-time in the sports entertainment business, The Undertaker's undefeated WrestleMania streak came to an end in 2014 at the hands of Brock Lesnar which was perhaps the most shocking instance in the history of the event.

Heading into WrestleMania 39, there are multiple such ongoing streaks in WWE that will be defended at the April event as jotted down below:

The Usos longest-reigning tag team title reign

Although Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso are yet to be officially announced for a match at WrestleMania 39, the storyline aspect suggests that they will be up against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the titles.

They have now held the SmackDown Tag Team Titles for 600 days after defeating Rey and Dominik Mysterio all the way back at WWE Money in the Bank on July 18, 2021. Owens and Zayn will now look forward to ending this record-setting title reign.

Making their long-time adversary, The New Day the second-longest reigning tag champs (483 days) of the WWE, The Usos are the first team to hold any iteration of the WWE Tag Team Championships for more than 600 days.

Cody Rhodes' undefeated streak

Cody Rhodes made a shocking return to the WWE at WrestleMania 38 by defeating Seth "Freakin'" Rollins in a full-fledged match after a six-year hiatus and since then he has been unstoppable.

According to Cagematch.net, Cody is 38-0 since he came back to WWE counting all the dark matches alongside the TV matches. Heading into a match against the record-setter Roman Reigns, The American Nightmare has his own undefeated streak to be protected.

GUNTHER's undefeated streak

GUNTHER was exported to Smackdown from NXT into the main roster back in last year's April after WrestleMania 38. Two months later, he defeated Ricochet on the June 10th, 2022 episode of SmackDown to win the Intercontinental Championship.

With his Imperium buddies by his side, GUNTHER has just surpassed (281-day) "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig's 280-day reign as the WWE Intercontinental Champion.

GUNTHER's IC Title reign is now the longest reign since Honky Tonk Man's historic reign (454 days - 1987 to 1988) and the longest of this century. Plus, he hasn't been defeated since entering the mainstay scene.

That being said, Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will not only be gunning for the IC Title at WrestleMania 39 in a Triple Threat but a win for anyone of them would also mark an end to GUNTHER's ongoing undefeated streak.

Bianca Belair's title reign and WrestleMania streak

Bianca Belair defeated Becky Lynch for the Raw Women's Championship last year at WrestleMania 38. As of today, she is holding the belt for 352 days, making her the second-longest red brand title holder in history after Lynch.

The EST of the WWE was also "honored" to establish a record and that's to become the longest-reigning Black singles champion in WWE history. Plus, she's also been undefeated at WrestleMania.

Hence, the almost one-year-long title reign as well as the undefeated streak will be on the line when Belair goes one-on-one for the title at the Show of Shows against the 2023 Women's Elimination Chamber match winner, Asuka.

Roman Reigns' three-year-long undefeated streak

As of December 15, 2022, Roman Reigns hasn't been pinned or submitted in a WWE ring in 3 years now. The last time, he was pinned in WWE was at the TLC 2019 pay-per-view on December 15, 2019, by Baron Corbin in a Tables, Ladders & Chairs Match.

Not to mention that Roman Reigns has been the Universal Champion for 930+ days starting from SummerSlam 2020. On the day of his next title defense at WrestleMania 39 against Cody Rhodes, he will exactly complete one year as the undisputed champion.

That being said, the 2023 Men's Royal Rumble Winner has the opportunity to break multiple streaks at the same time if he can do the unthinkable of defeating WWE's Tribal Chief on WrestleMania Sunday on April 3rd.
