WrestleMania 40 match card is being set up gradually on the weekly TV episodes of Raw and SmackDown. On the latest episode of the red brand show, three more matches were set up out of which, two have also officially been announced.
For months, rumours have been there about WWE introducing a new set of Tag Team Championships or splitting the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. Before the March 11 episode of Raw, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis shared that they had an announcement to make together.

The announcement was regarding the tag team titles as the two general managers announced a six-pack tag team ladder match for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 40. No update was there regarding the split of the two titles.
Finn Balor and Damian Priest will defend the tag titles against five other teams in a ladder match at WrestleMania 40. Over the next few weeks on Raw and SmackDown, these teams (three from Raw and two from SmackDown) will be determined via qualifiers.
A gauntlet match went down on the latest episode of Raw to determine the new number-one contender for the Intercontinental Championship. In the final contest, Sami Zayn defeated Chad Gable to earn the title shot against Gunther at WrestleMania 40.
Before defeating Gable, Zayn also overcame Bronson Reed and Shinsuke Nakamura in the gauntlet. Before WrestleMania 40, GUNTHER and Zayn had only faced each other in a televised singles match on a June episode of Raw.
A Brother vs. Brother Match at WrestleMania XL has long been anticipated and that angle also kicked off on Raw. Jey Uso challenged Jimmy Uso to a singles showdown by claiming that he would "knock the heat out of Jimmy's a**."
Back at the 2023 SummerSlam main event, Jimmy Uso cost his brother, Jey the undisputed WWE Universal title against Roman Reigns. Then Jimmy again scr**ed Jey out of an IC Title match a couple of weeks ago against Gunther.
WrestleMania 40 premium live event will take place at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday and Sunday, April 6 and 7. As of this writing, the match card for the PLE is given below:
