New Delhi, Aug 24: It's no secret that every WWE fan has a dream of witnessing the MMA legend, Ronda Rousey competing inside a WWE ring.
She made a first public appearance at Summerslam 2014. Next year, she gave us a true Wrestlemania moment of all time by showing up with The Rock at the grandest stage of them all.
That segment was appreciated so much that the fans started to wonder as of when they would see the former UFC Bantamweight Champion in a WWE ring. The moment of her return looked quite imminent, back then. But, till date, more than two years passed by without any proper brewing.
Recently, chances of seeing Ronda in WWE fuelled up again once she appeared during the Mae Young Classic tapings. It was speculated that a sort of deal was made between her and the world's largest wrestling promotion.
Now, according to the reports of cagesidesets.com, Ronda Rousey is getting ready for having a match at Wrestlemania 34.
She will receive a big singles match against a bonafide female WWE Superstar at the next edition of the showcase of the immortals. This is the reason why she is reportedly training under Bryan Kendrick in her hometown of California.
Since Charlotte Flair is the top most female athlete of the WWE, today, chances are high that she will be Ronda's challenger at Wrestlemania. This is quite an anticipated match for the fans. However, as revealed by the Queen of the WWE, this will not be a dream match for her.
But, she will always be ready welcome the lady who ruled the octagon, at one point. Check out her comments from a recent interview regarding this match (courtesy Inquistr.com)
"Ronda wouldn't be my dream opponent, but if WWE was something she would want to consider, I would definitely want to be her first competitor."
According to the speculations, WWE will arrange a huge debut for the former UFC superstar in near future. She would be the first one from the UFC to have a fight inside the WWE ring. The question although remains as of when the inevitable would happen.
