The Rock made a shocking return after the main event of WWE Bad Blood 2024 on Saturday (October 5), leading to a whole lot of possibilities in the upcoming events in the WWE calendar, including next year's WrestleMania and next month's Survivor Series WarGames.
In fact two superstars returned after the incredible WWE Bad Blood main event. Jimmy Uso, who was away from action, also reemerged to help Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes overcome Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu, only for the victorious trio to be confronted by The Rock.

After the team of Rhodes and Reigns won the contest, the former was assaulted by the Bloodline until Uso and Reigns ran in to make the save by fighting off the quartet.
And just after Reigns handed the Undisputed WWE Title back to Rhodes, The Rock appeared on the entranceway for an epic staredown, leaving WWE's dream team stunned inside the ring.
The Rock's appearance triggered fans to imagine a whole host of possibilities as some felt the seeds are planted for the dream match against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, while some believe, the legend will face Rhodes soon.
However, there are more fights or storylines that could come out of this latest return of The Rock. And Triple H, the Chief Content Officer of the WWE, had his take on what could be made of the Rock's return.
"I think the key word there was 'as he pleases'. The Rock's The Rock and he's going to be able to do - I think you saw that last time the Final Boss was here - that whether we were on the air, off the air, still rolling cameras, not rolling cameras, he kinda does what he wants to do when he wants to do it. That's the cool thing about being the Final Boss I think. He's The Rock, he can do what he wants to do," Triple H said.
"Having The Rock in your quiver is pretty cool. Embarrassment of riches, we have so much stuff, and when you have a moment like that with The Rock, it's wonderful to see. And where does it go from here? God it could go anywhere, and that's the beauty of it.
"When we get done tonight, you kind of tell all these epic stories that land you in one place and then you go, 'Oh yeah, but now what?', that's really cool. That's where we want everybody to be."
With that, now we take a look at what could The Rock's latest return mean, and who The Rock may target in the upcoming events of the WWE, including next WrestleMania.
Speculations are rife about what's next in-store after The Rock's appearance in the PLE at the State Farm Arena. There are hints that this could be the start of the storyline for a dream match against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 41.
That may be true, but there is also a hint that this could be a teaser to a Rhodes vs The Rock match in the near future. There is also a chance that all three are involved in the next Premium Live Event.
There are reports that the Bloodline's feud with Roman Reigns will continue until Survivor Series WarGames, where Solo Sikao's faction could take on a team led by Roman Reigns. So, there is every chance The Rock is involved in some capacity in the match.
The four members of the Bloodline could face the team of Reigns, Rhodes, Jimmy Uso and another member, which could be either Sami Zayn or even the other Uso, Jey. There is also a chance that The Rock could be the other member of the team. All this makes for a gripping next few weeks in the WWE.
