WWE: Bobby Lashley wants to attend Kurt Angle’s Hall of Fame ceremony

New Delhi, March 31: Both Bobby Lashley and Kurt Angle were WWE superstars in the past decade. Lashley was the one who featured in the Wrestlemania match between Vince McMahon and Donald Trump, as well.

Although Lashley never became a world champion in the company, he surely had a memorable career, here.

After leaving the company, both these wrestlers took the same way to join WWE's adversary company that is TNA Wrestling Promotion. Lashley followed Angle's path to become a multi-time champion, there.

Now, being colleagues in TNA, they both belongs to a friendly zone and Lashley spoke up his mind to attend Kurt Angle's Hall of Fame ceremony set to take place on March 31st in Orlando, Florida.

In a recent interview with SI.com the current TNA world champion, Lashley said that Kurt is the one who dragged him to the pro-wrestling circuit and it will be an honor for him to be present on that occasion.

Here are his comments:

“Hopefully I can get some tickets to the Hall of Fame," said Lashley. “I want to be there to support Kurt and congratulate him. Kurt got me into the wrestling business. He saw me at the Olympic training center when he was doing a vignette, and he said, 'Man, you've got a great look.

You might want to really consider pro wrestling.' It's magic when Kurt is out there. If Kurt wasn't in the Hall of Fame, then there was something wrong with the Hall of Fame. Kurt is a star, and I'm extremely happy for him."

The question remains though whether WWE would allow Lashley to attend the event knowing that he is a TNA star and it might create a conflict of interest.

However, Hall of Fame is an exceptional ceremony where the particular superstars' family and friends are allowed to be present by his side.

However, this does not mean that Lashley is jumping ships to WWE, anytime soon. He is the top guy on the TNA roster and is happy with the circumstances. He made his intentions clear by saying that this is not the time when he is looking forward to joining WWE.
