Bengaluru, Sep 26: WWE Raw came up with its first ever PPV, Clash of Champions in the post-Draft era.

We witnessed an epic night filled up with numerous matches from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Here are the highlights from last night's PPV

Alicia Fox vs. Nia Jax

This match took place at the kick-off show and was a complete squash match. Nia picked up a dominant win over Alicia Fox with a bodyslam.

Sami Zayn vs. Chris Jericho

The veteran Jericho showed why he is the legend. Zayn was in the driver's seat by delivering a DDT and a blue thunder bomb until Jericho hit the Codebreaker out of nowhere.

Charlotte (c) vs. Sasha Banks vs. Bayley (Triple Threat Raw Women's Championship match)

The three from four horsewomen gifted us a classic contest. As per the triple threat rules, the match was no DQ and Dana Brooke saved the match for her mentor. Charlotte then connected with a big boot to pin Bayley and retain her championship gold.

Cesaro vs. Sheamus (Seventh Match in a Best of Seven Series)

The grueling battle between these two warriors reached to the final lap at Clash of Champions. The tensions were running high as the crowd was chanting “this is awesome" throughout the match. In the end, the referee detected that both of them was in no condition to go further and hence called off the match.

TJ Perkins vs. Bryan Kendrick (Cruiserweight Championship)

The New champion TJ Perkins retained his title by locking in the kneebar on Kendrick. However, just after the match, Kendrick delivered an attack to the champion from behind.

Rusev vs. Roman Reigns (United States Championship)

Reigns took full advantage after Lana was sent back to the locker room due to interference in the match. After digesting brutal punishment from Rusev, Reigns hit the spear twice to hold his first United States title at Clash of Champions.

The New Day (c) vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson (RAW Tag Team Championship)

The New Day has completed 400 days as the champion. Xavier Woods hit Anderson with the trombone when the referee was distracted. It allowed his pals to connect with the Midnight Hour and retain the title, again.

Kevin Owens (c) vs. Seth Rollins (WWE Universal Championship)

Quite interestingly, Triple H did not show up to screw Rollins but it was none other than Stephanie McMahon to do that. Rollins hit the pedigree but Jericho interfered to break the pinfall.

In the melee, the referee knocked out. Stephanie showed up with another referee to pave the way for Owens to hit the pop-up powerbomb and thereby retain the title.
