Bengaluru, December 17: Last year, WWE replaced the Night of Champions PPV with the WCW-gimmick event, Clash of Champions which was hosted after Summerslam.

This year, the schedule was changed and the second edition of the PPV event was pushed back to December. So, this will be the last brand-exclusive show hosted in the year 2017.

Two main events will be hosted during the night where the WWE Championship will be on the line between AJ Styles and Jinder Mahal. The future of the blue brand will also be at stake as they could lose two big superstars from the roster.

If Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn lose their scheduled tag team match against the team of Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura, they will be fired from WWE.

All the other championships from Smackdown Live will also be on the line on the show that will be hosted at the TD Gardens Arena in Boston, Massachusetts.

The show will be the first brand-exclusive event to be broadcasted live in India.

Check out the schedule, here,

Live Streaming: Monday, December 18, 6.30 AM (Sony Ten 1/ Ten 1 HD Network and WWE Network)

Repeat Telecast: Monday, December 18, 6 PM (Sony Ten 1/ Ten 1 HD Network)

Wednesday, December 20, 9 PM (Sony Ten 1/ Ten 1 HD Network)

Sunday, December 24, 2 PM (Sony Ten 1/ Ten 1 HD Network)

Here is the entire match card alongside the predictions.

Kick-off show:

Mojo Rawley Vs Zack Ryder

Prediction: The hype ups around the match is pretty low in comparison to what was expected. Ryder is a veteran in this business with nothing to prove. Hence, he will digest the win to put over Mojo Rawley in a match unless this dud storyline gets extended, unnecessarily.

Dolph Ziggler Vs Bobby Roode Vs Baron Corbin (Triple Threat Match for WWE United States Title)

Prediction: This match to be contested under the no disqualification rules and hence we can definitely expect Baron Corbin to come up with some dirty tricks in order to retain his championship. Roode and Ziggler will put up great efforts but not likely to pick up the title at this stage.

Rusev & Aiden English vs. The New Day vs. Shelton Benjamin & Chad Gable vs. The Usos (Fatal 4 Way Match for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles)

Prediction: The Usos have proved to be a dominant champion ever since stepping their foot to Smackdown Live. However, this time around, the momentum is clearly favoring the hilarious duo of Rusev and Aiden English. They are pretty over with the crowd and we should not be surprised if a title change is stored on the show.

The Bludgeon Brothers Vs Breezango

Prediction: No spoiler alert is needed for this one. The combined force of Tyler Breeze and Fandango is no matchup to the wrath of the Bludgeon Brothers who will pick up the win in a squash match continuing their dominance.

Natalya Vs Charlotte Flair (Lumberjack Match for SmackDown Women's Title)

Prediction: There’s no way that Natalya is regaining the Women’s title at Clash of Champions since Charlotte has just started to pick up the momentum as a strong champion.

However, this match is a Lumberjack match which means the outsiders will have the chance to beat the champion down. This might pave the way for Carmella who would be lurking to cash-in the Money in the Bank briefcase. Hence, a title change can be foreseeable.

AJ Styles Vs Jinder Mahal (WWE Championship Match)

Prediction: With the Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania season coming up, it is not likely that Jinder Mahal will pick up the title from a main-eventer like AJ Styles. So, despite the interference from the Singh brothers, it’s almost confirmed that the title will not change hands.

Special Guest Referees: SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon and General Manager Daniel Bryan

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens Vs Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura. (If Owens & Sami lose the match they will be fired from WWE)

Prediction: This match at Clash of Champions is supposed to work as the opener for the official feud between Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon. The latter one will try to make the heel duo fired whereas the other one will try to retain their position. Bryan is likely to come up as the successful one to make the commissioner frustrated leaving a massive fallout.
