WWE: Controversy continues with the Women’s Hell in a Cell match
Bengaluru, Nov 7: The Women's championship match might have passed by for a week but the controversies and fan backlash is not leaving it behind.
The fans could not take the fact that Sasha Banks was defeated in front of her own hometown crowd. She has taken all the bumps in the match but Charlotte was given the win to becoming a three-time Women's champion.

The reports suggest that the original plan was something different for the match. Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Sasha Banks was the automatic choice to retain her title since she has won it just three weeks ago.
Vince McMahon changed the plan just hours before the match took place. Only a few people close to him were aware of this.
We did not get a concrete reason for why Vince decided to go with the alternative plan. But it was definitely nothing to do with Sasha Banks suffering an injury on that night.
Plus, WWE intentionally did not want to extend Charlotte's PPV streak which is 13-0, as of now in the PPVs.
Vince was not also ready to push these two women to the main event and go down last to the card but it was a last minute decision, as well. Triple H and other backstage officials were agreed to go with it and the chairman accepted it after much negotiation.
Reports also said that two major spots were taken out of the match to avoid injury. The officials were already much concerned with Sasha who is injury prone. Charlotte's father Ric Flair commented regarding this,
"They took two huge spots out of the match, during the match, because they were afraid Sasha [Banks] was going to get hurt.
"If the original plan had been, there were two things and I don't want to say what they were, but you can only imagine. One of them involved a moon sault."
The Nature Boy also praised the decision of Vince McMahon to allowing Charlotte and Sasha competing inside the Hell in a Cell.
He also backed these two ladies saying that no other match on that night could overshadow the Women's match.
