Bengaluru, September 13: There is no denying that the Mae Young Classic tournament will always be remembered as a milestone event in the history of women's wrestling.
We would have never thought a tv series can be made where only female competitors from around the world would participate until WWE came up with the women's revolution to all-new heights.
As a result, we got the WWE Network special which started after Summerslam 2017 which was a huge attraction. As per reports from Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer the event turned out to be the most watched show on the network over this last couple of weeks.
So, WWE arranged all the hype that was needed to culminate the show in a big way. The finale of the tournament with 32 elite female competitors from several countries took place right after Smackdown Live went off the air last night.
It was a star-studded night with the originators of women's revolution, Triple H, and Stephanie McMahon also present on the show. Plus, Ronda Rousey alongside her four horsewomen gang was at ringside.
BEAUTIFUL!
