WWE: E Network confirms Total Bellas return date, changes in Total Divas starcast

Bengaluru, July 25: WWE came up with the idea of Total Divas back in 2013. From the beginning, the oriented with the lives of certain WWE Superstars turned out to be a major hit.

As the show aired on E Network, the company was able to earn some major mainstream attention. In recent TV award ceremonies, the show bagged several nominations competing with the other TV shows in the USA.

The sixth season of Total Divas ended in the month of April which broadcast the happenings till Summerslam 2016. The filming for the seventh season started from the month of June and is expected to air starting this fall.

In the meantime, the spin-off series Total Bellas will start airing from September 6th onwards on the E Network.

There will be several changes in the star cast of Total Divas for the upcoming season. The mainstay female celebrities like Nikki & Brie Bella, Natalya, Naomi were retained alongside Maryse and Lana from the last season.

But, it's sad that the fans will not witness some other popular faces.

Eva Marie and Renee Young will no longer be a part of the show from now onwards. The former one was part of the show from the launch but she is busy with her Hollywood commitments whereas Renee opted out stating personal reasons. Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax have replaced the two.



Paige is the other popular figure who was removed due to her rift with the WWE. Quite interestingly, the Money in the Bank winner, Carmella will replace her on the show.

In case you dint't know, WWE Superstar Big Cass is her boyfriend and is expected to feature in Total Divas for the first time.

While Alexa's boyfriend, Buddy Murphy from WWE NXT will also be expected follow his fiancee's footsteps.

Natalya's husband and former WWE Superstar Tyson Kidd was absent from the show in the last season, but he is back in the company in a full-time producer's role and hence he is also available for Total Divas season seven.
