Bengaluru, Nov 20: As we are heading towards the milestone edition of Survivor Series PPV, the anticipation is getting bigger.
The question in everyone's mind is will bill Goldberg to be able to deliver against Brock Lesnar? He's been away from the ring for last 12 years whereas Lesnar has become the most dominated sports combat athlete in the USA. So, can Goldberg go back to his good old days and deliver with his very best?
Despite this uncertainty, the crowd welcomed him like a superhero every time he showed up on Raw. A portion still does think that Goldberg is going to be the one who will be able to stop the reckless Lesnar at Survivor Series.
This makes the Myth terrified thinking that whether he will be delivered up to the mark on the D-Day.
Recently, he appeared on NBC Sports and cleared his mind by quoting,
“You know five days removed from going up against one of the ' baddest' dudes on the planet, I don't want to be feeling like that.
"I'm terrified. I want to satisfy the people. I want to make my family proud of me, but at the end of the day, I'm never going to be able to satisfy myself.
"I just want to do it to where I can look myself in the mirror and be appreciative of the work that I put in and the performance that I did."
The Myth also mentioned that his body does not feel great at all en route to Survivor Series PPV. He has tweaked his shoulder on this past week's Raw. However, he does not feel less confident due to that. He further added,
“My body feels horrible. I tweaked my shoulder last night , but that doesn't mean in five days that I'm not going to come out kicking ass and taking names like I always do," Goldberg was quoted as saying.
Goldberg has been training hard for his match at the Survivor Series PPV. He is taking training from Mixed Martial Arts specialists to face one of the best MMA wrestlers in the world.
He said that 12 years ago he had turned his back from the fans and now he has got another chance to give it back to the fans. So we can expect him to deliver with whatever he is capable of?
