Bengaluru, March 28: WWE will honour legendary names at the upcoming Hall of Fame 2023 ceremony, scheduled to take place this WrestleMania weekend at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
Headlining the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023 will be the Rey Mysterio, who will be inducted by Latin American legend Konnan, who was famous for his stint in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), where he was part of the stables Filthy Animals and NWO.

In Filthy Animals, Konnan led the stable that also included Rey Mysterio and the late Eddie Gurrero among others. Konnan and Rey remained part of the stable in it's entirety. So, it's fitting that Konnan inducts Rey into the Hall of Fame.
Rey Mysterio will also be involved in a fight at WrestleMania 39 after he accepted his own son Dominik Mysterio's challenge to face him in a one-on-one match at the show of shows.
Another wrestler, who was famous for his stint in WCW, The Great Muta will also be inducted into the individual WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023. The Japanese great will be inducted by legendary Ric Flair.
Muta, who battled the likes of Sting, Lex Luger and even "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, wrestled for over 39 years, but hung up his boots this year, facing off against current WWE Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura in one of his final matches.
WWE Diva Stacy Keibler, who entered the wrestling scene starting off as WCW's Nitro Girl, later wrestled and served as manager for The Dudley Boyz as their Duchess of Dudleyville, before lending her help to Test, Scott Steiner, and the superhero team of Hurricane and Rosey.
Andy Kauffman, a great comedian, who became a thorn in the side of WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler during his time in wrestling will be posthumously inducted by The King himself. The Warrior award and more announcements may be made in the lead up to event.

The ceremony will take place the night before WrestleMania 39 and right after SmackDown on Friday (March 31) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California. Due to time difference, the event will be taking place in India on Saturday (April 1).
The ceremony is scheduled to start live at 10 PM ET / 7 PM PT (Friday, March 31) | 2 AM GMT / 7:30 AM IST (Saturday, April 1), immediately after WWE Friday Night SmackDown ends.
The Hall of Fame ceremony will will air on Peacock in the United States and the WWE Network everywhere else, while WWE Network via Sony LIV will live stream the event simultaneously.
The event will be telecast live on Sony Sports TEN 1SD, Sony Sports TEN 1HD, Sony Sports TEN 3SD, Sony Sports TEN 3HD, Sony Sports TEN 4SD and Sony Sports TEN 4HD channels.
