Bengaluru, February 27: WWE's Road to WrestleMania 39 will be amped up when a Hall of Famer returns to the ring to compete in a championship match after a gap of one year on the latest episode of Raw.

Brock Lesnar is also being speculated to make an appearance on the show to possibly make his WrestleMania match official with a gigantic figure of the red brand.

A WrestleMania-edition of Miz TV is in-store on the show where the current number-one contender for the Raw Women's Champion will also be in action. Plus, Piper Niven will battle Candice LaRae in a singles contest.

Here's what to expect on the February 27 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw that takes place at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan:

Becky Lynch and Lita vs. DAMAGE CTRL for Women's Tag Team Titles

What was thought to be a one-off appearance by Lita, a few weeks ago to provide assistance to Becky Lynch to help her win a Steel Cage Match against DAMAGE CTRL member Bayley, has now turned into a pretty formidable alliance.

During the latest 'Ding Dong, Hello!' talk show segment featuring Bayley's Damage CTRL stablemates, WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Dakota Kai, and IYO SKY, the duo interrupted and threw a challenge for the tag titles.

After initial hesitation, Bayley accepted the challenge on behalf of her buddies to make the match, official, for this week. Thus, WWE Hall of Famer Lita will return to action since after coming up short to Becky Lynch for the Raw Women's Title at the 2022 Elimination Chamber.

As for Kai and SKY, the duo will put their titles on the line for the first time in more than two months. They last successfully defended the tag titles on the December 16 episode of Smackdown against the team of Liv Morgan and Tegan Nox.

Brock Lesnar to accept Omos' WrestleMania challenge?

A mouth-watering bout between Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania 39 was ruined after Lesnar lost his Elimination Chamber bout against Bobby Lashley on February 18.

Two nights later on Raw, MVP took a shot at Lesnar by calling him a 'coward' for 'intentionally' getting disqualified in his match against The All-Mighty. Besides, MVP also noted how his client Omos wants Lesnar at WrestleMania 39.

On behalf of The Nigerian Giant, MVP then ended up inviting him to the red brand, this week and officially accept the challenge. The question is whether The Conqueror is really excited to possibly dance in the ring with the seven-footer at the Show of Shows.

MIZ TV – WrestleMania Hollywood edition

The Miz had quite a night on Raw, last week as he was ambushed by Seth "Freakin'" Rollins after their encounter in the ring. But things were made up for Miz when his wife surprised him with a gift.

A week removed, Miz has now promised to reveal that gift cum some big news on his talk show, Miz TV. With WWE promoting this as a WrestleMania Hollywood edition, we believe a segment for The Show of Shows will be confirmed.

Piper Niven vs. Candice LaRae

Since donning back her earlier persona from NXT UK days, Piper Niven is looking forward to dominating the Raw women's division. She's been fuming since losing the Fatal-4-Way Elimination Chamber Qualifying Match also featuring Carmella, Mia Yim, and Candice LeRae.

In a backstage segment, Yim and LeRae were warned by the behemoth after the contender's match. Last week, Niven defeated Yim while this week, she's coming after LeRae in a match that's being officially advertised for Raw.

Asuka vs. Carmella

On her way to WrestleMania 39, Asuka overcame five other competitors, Nikki Cross, Carmella, Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya, and Liv Morgan in the Women's Elimination Chamber Match to earn herself a shot at Bianca Belair's Raw Women's Title.

To secure the win in the Chamber match, Asuka made Carmella tap out with her unique arm submission and the latter is obviously not happy about missing the title match opportunity at the Show of Shows.

Hence, 'the moon-walking, trash-talking, Princess of the Staten Island' threw a challenge to the Empress of Tomorrow, and WWE Official Adam Pearce had no problem making the match official for this week's Raw.
