WWE Monday Night Raw preview and schedule: January 29, 2018

Bengaluru, January 29: Fresh from having witnessed history making first-ever women’s Royal Rumble match, last night, the storylines in the women’s division is expected to overshadow the men’s division during the Wrestlemania season.
With that being said, we expect to see huge fallouts from the Rumble on tonight’s WWE Monday Night Raw. The chaotic scene in the women’s division needs an explanation at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The show will stream live on Sony Ten 1 Network from 6.30 AM (IST) on Tuesday (January 30) followed by a repeat at 4 and 9 PM later in the day.
Ronda Rousey arrived on the scene at the closing moments of Royal Rumble confronting Asuka, the actual winner of the match making the fans mark-out to the occasion. But Rousey’s handshake with Stephanie McMahon left us wondering what is brewing between the two parties which would be answered on tonight’s WWE Raw (courtesy WWE.com),
“Rousey made it clear that she was going to WrestleMania, but her sudden emergence in WWE has clouded the Team Red Women’s division. What did her handshake with Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon mean? What exactly is Rousey planning for this year’s Show of Shows?”
It is expected that we will be having one more monumental announcement from the WWE. With just four weeks remaining for the 2018 edition of the Elimination Chamber PPV, the first-ever women’s matchup inside the ominous structure is expected to be confirmed. This, in turn, will decide whether Alexa Bliss remains champion until Wrestlemania or not.
A similar address is expected to be made on the men’s division matchup, as well. This time around, Brock Lesnar retained the title at Royal Rumble but will not be performing at the Elimination Chamber PPV. So, we will be receiving six names as the contenders who will be participating inside the demonic structure with the winner getting to face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania.
The scenario around the WWE Raw tag team championship has drastically changed after Jason Jordan left Seth Rollins alone on last night’s title match causing in the dramatic title change at Royal Rumble. This conflict between the two former champions will continue in order to culminate a rivalry. In the meantime, they will be looking for the rematch over the titles, sooner.
We also expect to learn about the next-in-line challenge for The Miz, as well. He vowed to make the Intercontinental title, prestigious than ever and so, big planning should be reserved for him. As for tonight, Roman Reigns still deserves a rematch for that title which is an indication that another title bout between the bitter-rivals might get sanctioned, sooner.
