
Bengaluru, December 5: WWE Monday Night Raw went Hollywood this week with a big championship match in-store for the main event as well as an exciting fatal-4-way match to determine the Cruiserweight championship's number one contender.
Plus, a new rivalry for the Intercontinental Championship also kicked off on the show hosted by the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
The show opened with Kurt Angle who wanted to add hype to the show only to be interrupted by Jason Jordan, who demanded an Intercontinental title shot. The same request was made by Samoa Joe with Roman Reigns also in the ring. In a heated segment, Jordan hit Reigns with a back suplex to set up the IC title match later on in the show.
In the aftermath, Samoa Joe tried to ambush Reigns but received a suplex instead. Reigns then hit another punch for Jordan to end the segment.
In the fatal-4-way to get a chance at the Crusiserweight title, Drew Gulak picked up a very important win.
Elias wanted to sing a song for the Los Angeles crowd but got interrupted by Braun Strowman who attacked him before Kane appeared on the tron to cut a promo and make a match official for next week against Strowman.
