WWE Monday Night Raw results with video highlights: March 5, 2018

Bengaluru, March 6: The Road to Wrestlemania has livened up for the women’s evolution after a solid match on last night’s WWE Monday Night Raw with the undefeated streak put on the line.

Apart from this, we witnessed the next chapter in Ronda Rousey-Stephanie McMahon rivalry and much more at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Kurt Angle opened this week's WWE Raw by challenging Triple H for his attack on him, last week. Stephanie McMahon and Ronda Rousey also showed up in the ring during the heated up segment. Triple H tried to get into a fight with Kurt Angle and fell victim to the Angle Lock.

Afte this segment, it was announced that Kurt Angle will team up with Ronda Rousey for a match against Stephanie and Triple H at Wrestlemania 34.

Next up, Asuka's undefeated streak was on the line on WWE Raw against Nia Jax. Alexa Bliss and Mickie James showed a keen interest in this matchup as they watched it from backstage. Nia tried hard to overcome the resistance shown by Asuka. But, in the end, the Empress of Tomorrow forced Nia to tap out after locking in the Arm-bar.





Later, Bayley came out to explain why she turned her back on Sasha Banks, last week. The Absolution interrupted her quickly, which then set up a match between Bayley and Mandy Rose. Despite the distraction from the faction, Bayley pulled off a win via a roll-up. Absolution tried to deliver an ambush on Bayley but Sasha Banks came out to save her from them.



The Miz was out to deliver the third annual Mizzie awards where he insulted Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, and Kurt Angle. Rollins and Balor soon joined the Hollywood A-Lister in the ring to talk about their win from last week.

Later, the pair teamed up to defeat The Miztourage in a quick matchup. Kurt Angle came out to the ramp to announce a triple threat match for the IC title between Rollins, Balor and The Miz at Wrestlemania 34.

Later in a promo segment, John Cena spoke about the title opportunity he received at the Fastlane PPV after a succesful apearance in Smackdown. He was interrupted by Goldust. This created an impromptu matchup for the first-time ever between the pair. Cena hit an AA on Goldust to pick up the win.







Braun Strowman had a match against Elias in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Elias tried to escape from the contest but failed. Strowman squashed Elias to win this singles match.

While Bray Wyatt defeated Rhyno in another impromptu matchup. The Bar pinned The Revival on WWE Raw securing a dominant win against them in a tag team match.

In the final segment of WWE Raw, Paul Heyman appeared to cut a strong promo against Roman Reigns. The latter one interrupted him after hearing enough of Lesnar's manager. He said that the time of talk is over. They should prepare for a fight. The challenge was accepted as Brock Lesnar is now confirmed to appear in next week's show. The face-off is now confirmed for the Detroit edition on March 12th.
