Bengaluru, September 5: Last night's WWE Raw was a jam packed edition with two blockbuster main events as the Labor Day edition witnessed the IC title on the line and a huge steel cage match featuring two monstrous personas.

Here are the results from the show hosted by the Century Link Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

The show kicked off with a match between John Cena and Jason Jordan. This turned out to be an exciting match as Jordan pushed Cena to his limit. In the end, Cena connected with a crossbody and followed it with his finisher, AA for the win.

After the match, Cena was seen celebrating with Jordan. But, the celebration were cut short by Roman Reigns who came out to tell it took over 20 minutes for Cena to beat Jordan, despite being a veteran in the industry. The situation got tensed and it looked likely get a physical but, Reigns walked away with his music playing.



The rematch for the Raw women's championship match was confirmed for No Mercy PPV between Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss. Nia Jax and Emma had complaints about not getting title opportunities. So, Kurt Angle arranged a tag team match with Sasha and Alexa teaming up against Nia and Emma.



If the latter two manage to pick up the win then they would have got the chance to compete in the championship match at No Mercy. Nia and Emma's team picked up the win in the match to make the title match fatal-4-way at No Mercy. Nia delivered a Samoan Drop to Emma to end the segment.



Sheamus and Cesaro defeated the team of Heath Slater and Rhyno in a tag team match. Later, the champions, Rollins and Ambrose picked up the win against Gallows and Anderson with Sheamus-Cesaro present at ringside. The latter pair got into a fight against Gallows and Anderson after the match.





Jeff Hardy was in action for the Intercontinental championship against The Miz. The referee sent the Miztourage members and Matt Hardy back to the locker room for interfering in the match. But, in the end, the Miz picked up a clean win by hitting the Skull Crushing Finale on Jeff to retain.





A random six-man tag team match took place from the Cruiserweight division with the newcomers picking up the win. Finn Balor had a promo segment with Bray Wyatt to finalize another PPV match between them at No Mercy.





In the main event, we had a massive collision between Big Show and Braun Strowman. The crowd chanted 'this is awesome' throughout the battle of the monsters.

In the end, Strowman hit a suplex from top rope following with a running power slam for the win. After the match, Strowman power-slammed Show through the wall of the cage to end the week's edition of WWE Raw.
