WWE News: Dean Ambrose to take time-off from WWE after No Mercy PPV

By Raja

Bengaluru, Oct 9: If you have noticed WWE's schedule properly for the last two years or more, you will have Dean Ambrose who's been working consistently for WWE without a time-off.

All of the prime superstars have gone on to take a break from the WWE televised taping at some points whereas Dean was the one featuring on the main events of both Raw and Smackdown prior to the WWE Draft.

He got the results too by becoming the only prime champion in both the brands during the Draft. He was kingpin of the WWE more over for two months at one point.

This led him to much needed time-off from in-ring competition for the sake of his body and career. Reportedly, Ambrose will be indulged in filming a movie produced by the WWE Studios. The shooting is likely to start around October and hence he is rumored to take some time-off. It will take him around two months due to this and hence we can expect him not to see till Royal Rumble PPV in January 2017.

As reported earlier, John Cena will go off from WWE TV since he will be filming the second season of American Grit on Fox television. So, it will be interesting to see how the storyline plans to send 'The Lunatic Fringe' in a hiatus. We are also eager to know how Smckdown plans to overcome the two prime superstar's absence and thereby the overall ratings.

In current scenario too, Ambrose needs a time-off for his betterment. He was not having a good time with the title since after the WWE draft. As a result, AJ Styles took his place as the champion. He faced a lot of heats from the WWE creative after behaving aggressively in the Stone Cold podcast prior to Summerslam PPV. A sabbatical will make the way for a fresh start.

Prior to the No Mercy PPV, he has been given his one-on-one rematch for the title on Smackdowwn Live. It also suggests that he is getting his chances for the title since he may not show up November onwards.
