The rumors of him appearing on the show were further fuelled after The American Alpha was scheduled to perform in the main event segment on the show for the very first time.
A huge “We Want Angle" chant broke out during their match with the Usos since Angle always wanted to work with these two young boys.
But, according to an Instagram post by the future WWE Hall of Famer, he appeared at the venue just to record some footage for WWE Network.
He was likely present in the city due to his check-up reasons with the WWE medical personnel and hence WWE called him over.
Whether most of the fans were thrilled to see him back in a WWE arena, a certain portion opposed it stating that this news overshadowed the AJ Styles Vs Shane McMahon backstage brawl which set up a future classic match at Wrestlemania.
It looks like WWE has started the process of bringing Kurt Angle back into WWE TV, slowly. Last night, the “Bring It To The Table" show aired on the WWE Network where the former world champion was interviewed by Corey Graves.

He explained how what went down between him and Vince McMahon after they met 11 years later. Triple H was also present on the scene who accompanied Angle to Vince's office.
As of now, we have to wait until the Hall of Fame ceremony to see him on live television. Upon the conclusion of Wrestlemania, he is expected to be a part of Monday Night Raw.
