Check out the recap and results from the February 14 episode of WWE NXT that took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida:

- Jacy Jayne appeared with new theme music in a promo session to explain her brutal attack on Gigi Dolin from last week. Jayne mentioned how she was always considered as 'the third wheel of the Toxic Attraction' but she's the only one who's left in the scene.
- Tiffany Stratton returned to competition by defeating Thea Hail (with Chase U members) after Ava Raine appeared in the crowd to distract the latter. Stratton downed hail with a hip attack and then came off the top rope with a moonsault for the pin to win.
- Axiom defeated Damon Kemp in a short match after escaping an electric chair suplex. Axiom delivered an open palm strike before connecting with the Golden Ratio for the pin-fall win.
- WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker returned to NXT for a promo session but he was interrupted by Indus Sher - Jinder Mahal, Sanga, and Veer Mahaan.
After a verbal exchange, Mahal ended up challenging Breakker for his championship which was accepted. The match was confirmed for next week's episode.
- Wes Lee (c) defeated Von Wagner (with Mr. Stone) to successfully defend his North American Championship. After a power slam, Lee kicked out of a pin attempt and hit back Wagner with a pair of superkicks. He eventually connected with the Kardiak Kick for the pin to win.
- Charlie Dempsey defeated Hank Walker (with Drew Gulak) via submission. Dempsey escaped an arm submission maneuver and locked in the Regal Stretch, forcing Walker to tap out.
- In a backstage segment, Ilja Dragunov was attacked by Trick Williams but he eventually fired back until JD McDonagh appeared in the ring and distracted Ilja with some tough words. This allowed Trick to attack Ilja from behind, again.
- During the Valentine's Day dinner, Kiana James and Brookes Jensen were about to kiss each other but Fallon Henley arrived at the scene and revealed that James previously said, "I Love You" to her brother on the phone.
- In the main event, WWE NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez and Meiko Satomura defeated Kayden Carter and Katana Chance in a tag team match.
The finish saw Carter going for a move to Satomura but Satomura escaped her shoulder and tagged in Perez who quickly delivered the Pop-Rox finisher on Carter for the pin to win.
After the match, Meiko grabbed a mic and challenged Perez for the NXT Women's Championship. Perez happily agreed and the two shared a staredown to send NXT off the air.
