Bengaluru, February 15: Last year, WWE brought back the Roadblock theme as a first-ever NXT gimmick event from the Performance Center on March 8, 2022. Now, NXT Officials are all set to reprise the event in the same capacity.

As noted during the latest episode of NXT, the 2023 Roadblock was announced for the March 7 weekly episode of WWE's third brand. It will emanate from the Performance Center live at 8/ 7c on that night.

The commentary team of Vic Joseph and WWE Hall of Famer Booker T noted during a conversation that Roxanne Perez will defend her NXT Women's Championship against former NXT UK Champion Meiko Satomura in one of the marquee matches at Roadblock.

Satomura made her return to in-ring competition during this week's NXT episode as she teamed up with Roxanne Perez to pick up a win over former NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, Kayden Carter and Katana Chance.

After the match, The Final Boss pointed toward the women's title present on Roxanne's shoulder to lay down the challenge and the champion happily obliged to make the title match set in three weeks' time.

Speaking of title matches, next week's episode of NXT will witness former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal challenging for the NXT Championship held by Bron Breakker.

After a week's absence, Breakker returned to WWE programming, this week only to be interrupted by Mahal, Sanga, and Veer Mahaan - Indus Sher.

The Modern Day Maharaja praised Breakker as the face of NXT and said he'll face the champion for the title, next Tuesday. Breakker had no problems and the fresh match was confirmed.

Also, next week Indi Hartwell will square off against Jacy Jayne in a singles competition. The latter debuted a new entrance theme song on NXT to kick off her solo run.

Jayne cut a promo and mentioned herself to be the third wheel of Toxic Attraction but she was still standing on her own. Indi Hartwell reacted to Jacy Jayne's segment and said that she'd have to go back in line behind Indi to set up the match.

Plus, Ilja Dragunov will also make his in-ring return next week on NXT in a match with Trick Williams. The Czar was attacked from behind by Trick after a slight distraction, courtesy of an injured JD McDonagh.

Overall, the confirmed match card for the February 21 episode of WWE NXT from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida stands as follows:

- WWE NXT Championship Match: Bron Breakker (c) vs. Jinder Mahal

- Indi Hartwell vs. Jacy Jayne

- Ilja Dragunov vs. Trick Williams
