WWE: Potential reason behind Vince McMahon returning to Smackdown Live

New Delhi, Sep 11: The stakes are quite high for the next episode of Smackdown Live. There was a big gap between the bygone PPV Summerslam and the upcoming one, Hell in a Cell. To fill up this, the officials have come up with the idea to host a bigger episode on September 12th.
This edition is being promoted as the Sin City Smackdown Live as the show will be hosted in Las Vegas, Nevada. Already three big championship matches have been announced for the night. Plus, none other than Vince McMahon himself will make his presence felt by appearing on the show.
Last week, the drama between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon reached a new height with the former one blasting the commissioner by mentioning his family while cutting a promo. This led Shane to put his hands on the prize fighter ensuring a brawl at the ringside area.
Being the show-runner, Shane's actions were not suitable, definitely. Hence, Mr. McMahon ordered to suspend his son indefinitely until further instructions. The situation between Shane and Owens has already been tense and the hype up is going to be even bigger with The Chairman himself returning to address the situation.
Now, the speculations are running rampant as of what Shane-O-Mac's future is going to be after he put his hands on a superstar. According to cagesideseats.com, the whole situation was made so that a match can be declared, officially. The Hell in a Cell PPV is approaching and we can expect these two superstars main-eventing the show.
Considering Shane's infamous history in this particular gimmick match, it is quite certain that the match will be contested inside the unforgiven steel structure. Apparently, the future of Shane on Smackdown Live might also depend on this contest, as well. Mr. McMahon is expected to clarify these things on Smackdown.
Meanwhile, The Chairman will return to the blue brand after quite a long time. The last time he appeared in the WWE was to announce the Superstar Shakeup and name the new Raw General Manager, Kurt Angle. This time around, too, we can definitely expect some bigger announcement.
