WWE Raw: First-time title match, Rhea Ripley added to July 15 episode

Less than three weeks away from the annual SummerSlam premium live event, WWE will deliver yet another packed episode of Monday Night Raw, tonight which will kick off through an intriguing segment featuring the returning Rhea Ripley.

In the main event of last week's episode of WWE Raw, Dominik Mysterio & Women's World Champion Liv Morgan defeated The LWO (Rey Mysterio & Zelina Vega) in a mixed tag team match. Morgan's distractions allowed Dom to pick up his first pin-fall win over his father.

Following the win, Morgan and Dominik were about to celebrate with a kiss in the middle of the ring when Rhea Ripley's music hit the Canadian Tier Center in Ottawa, Canada to send the fans into a frenzy.

WWE reportedly went the extra mile to hide Ripley's much-anticipated return to the scene who confronted her on-screen boyfriend Dominik, fuming with anger while Morgan escaped through the audience. This week, Ripley has been announced for a promo session.

As announced on WWE's social media, The Eradicator of Judgment Day will speak her mind en route to her speculated match against Liv Morgan at SummerSlam. This will be the first time that we'll hear from MAMI since she vacated the Women's World Title.

Speaking of title, Sami Zayn will defend his Intercontinental Championship against Ilja Dragunov on Raw in what would be a first-time-ever matchup. This comes amid rumours of a Zayn vs. Bron Breakker rematch at SummerSlam.

Ilja has also been involved in the feud which could eventually turn this match into a triple threat at the August PLE. Previously, Zayn successfully defended against Breakker at Money in the Bank PLE, earlier this month.

Already announced for Raw is an appearance by Drew McIntyre to be reinstated on the roster from a storyline suspension on the July 15 episode that takes place at the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. The confirmed match card for the show is given below.
