WWE Raw came live this week from the US Bank arena in Cincinnati, Ohio. We kicked things off for the next PPV in line i.e. October's Hell in a Cell PPV.
But, prior to that, we had in store two huge title matches set for the night. We kicked things off with our new United States champion, Roman Reigns who showed up holding his title high above his head. He was all set to defend his title against Rusev who came up with his rematch clause to start the night.
But he was not medically cleared to compete and hence Mick Foley could not let him go into the ring. Instead, he made a tag team match between the team of Enzo-Cass and Owens-Jericho.
After a back and forth going, Cass overpowered both his competitors. However, a slap to the face caused distraction and Owens capitalized with the pop-up powerbomb to pick up the victory.
