The capacity crowd on WWE Raw from the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California was all "yeet"-ing to close the episode as their favorite Jey Uso has finally captured a singles championship win in his WWE career.
In the main event of the September 23 episode of Monday Night Raw, Jey Uso defeated Bron Breakker (c) to win the Intercontinental Championship. The finishing moments saw Breakker kicking out of a Samoan splash as the two headed to the ringside area.

Breakker set Uso up for the Spear, but Uso dodged, sending Breakker through the barricade. Uso dragged Breakker back into the ring, hit a spear of his own, and then came off the top rope with a Frog Splash to secure a pin-fall victory.
The crowd was shocked by this win as Breakker had barely got the chance to showcase his capability with the mid-card title. Thereafter, Raw ended with Uso celebrating in the crowd with the title as pyro went off.
As mentioned above, this win allows "Main Event" Jey Uso to hold his first singles title in the WWE. He captured the challenger's spot by defeating Butch, Braun Strowman, and Ilja Dragunov in a fatal-4-way.
Before the win, the former IC Champion Sami Zayn wanted Uso to win the title. Previously at SummerSlam, Breakker defeated Zayn to capture the title on August 3, meaning his reign lasted for 51 days.
Jey will now enter next week's Raw as the reigning Intercontinental Champion, a show which should be headlined with a mammoth showdown dubbed as a "Last Monster Standing" match between Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.
Last night on Raw, a match between The Miz and "Big" Bronson Reed was scheduled to take place, but it didn't go down due to Bronson entering a brawl with Strowman. The two even took out the securities.
WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce then announced the match for the September 30 episode of the show which emanates from the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana. The currently confirmed match card for the show goes as follows:
