WWE Raw: New Championship And Tournament Matches Set For October 21 Episode

Swerving the WWE Universe, Bron Breakker continues to unleash his heel side on each passing episode of Monday Night Raw, and a week from now, he will get the match he's been waiting for to be called a champion, again.

As revealed during the latest bygone episode of Raw that aired in pre-taped format from St. Louis, Missouri, Jey Uso will defend the Intercontinental Championship on the Monday, October 21 episode against Bron Breakker.

This will be a rematch between the two as Uso previously defeated Breakker on the September 23 edition of Raw to capture the title and begin his first singles championship run of his career in the WWE.

Last night, he was busy dealing with Jimmy Uso's pledge of returning to the original Bloodline. Jimmy could not convince his brother despite multiple efforts while Breakker maintained his mean streak by defeating ex-WWE Champion Kofi Kingston in a match.

Later that night, Breakker also featured in a backstage promo to blast Uso in a rant where he believed that he's walking his own path, while Jey is "sucking off his family's legacy."

Breakker further threatened Uso by stating that he'll have to face the consequences of taking the a**-kicking all on his own in their rematch and that no one from Uso's family will be able to save him from what's coming next.

The title match is one of three matches set for next week's Raw as the other two announced matches will kick off a tournament to determine the new number-one contenders for WWE's World Tag Team Championships.

WWE Raw October 21 episode takes place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where it returns to the current two-hour live format on the USA Network. The announced card for the night goes as follows:
