Long-time WWE employee and a fan-favorite Lilian Garcia returned to this week's episode of Monday Night Raw and it appears that she's back onboard on a full-time basis after Samantha Irvin moved on from her weekly jobs in the company.
Before proceedings began on the October 21 episode of WWE Raw, commentator Joe Tessitore mentioned the news that Samantha was leaving the WWE before welcoming back Garcia, who introduced the first match between The New Day and The Authors of Pain.

Garcia has been with the WWE for two previous stints from 1999-2009 & 2012-2016. Per the reports of WRKD Wrestling, she will be a full-time replacement for Samantha as an in-ring announcer on Raw episodes and WWE PLEs.
In the main event of last night's Raw, the Intercontinental Championship changed hands as Bron Breakker defeated Jey Uso (c) to win the mid-card belt. The title change came via shenanigans created by The Bloodline led by Solo Sikoa.
Jey had a confrontation with Sikoa during the match after he took out the latter's cohorts Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa with superkicks. Breakker then accidentally speared Sikoa after Jey got out of the way at ringside.
Breakker and Jacob Fatu had a face-off, but Jey took them out with a Suicide Dive. Tonga & Loa further tried to interfere in the match, but Raw GM Adam Pearce was out with other officials, trying to stop them.
However, Jacob hit Jey with a super kick behind the referee's back before dropping him on the announce table with a Samoan Drop. Breakker then finished the job by hitting a Spear on Jey for the pin-fall win.
On the September 23 episode of WWE Raw, Jey defeated Breakker to start his first singles run of his career with the Intercontinental Title and hence his championship reign concluded after just 28 days.
For the time being, Jimmy Uso has been trying to convince both Roman Reigns and Jey Uso to be back on the same page to reunite the OG Bloodline so that they could match up to the new version of The Bloodline.
