WWE Raw: Rare MITB Cash-In Attempt On Women’s World Champion Thwarted On October 14 Episode

In a cross-brand appearance, SmackDown Superstar & the 2024 women's Money in the Bank ladder match winner Tiffany Stratton was present on this week's episode of WWE Raw and she also received a golden opportunity to cash in her contract.

However, The Judgement Day members were careful enough to keep the Women's World Champion at a safe distance from the MITB winner and prevented any mishap from going down on WWE's flagship show ahead of Crown Jewel.

Last night, a rare taped version of Monday Night Raw from the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri aired. It was kicked off through a promo segment from Rhea Ripley who came out to invite the women's world champion Liv Morgan into the ring.

Rather, Miss Money in the Bank Tiffany Stratton appeared and said she was there to deliver a message for WWE Women's Champion Nia Jax which goes as follows: stay out of her business or else Ripley would have a big problem.

Eventually, the Women's World Champion Liv Morgan and her current ally Raquel Rodriguez attacked Rhea and Tiffany from behind. Morgan also used the Money in the Bank briefcase to send Tiffany and Ripley off the ring.

Ripley later approached WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce demanding a match against Morgan and Rodriguez. Pearce agreed but reminded that Ripley needed a partner. Tiffany appeared on the spot and Ripley reluctantly agreed to accept her services.

The main event of the October 14 episode of WWE Raw thus featured a tag team match with the lineup being Rhea Ripley & Tiffany Stratton going up against Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez.

After a back-and-forth action, the match ended in a DQ after Nia Jax interfered. Seeking retribution for Liv costing her match against Naomi on SmackDown, Jax pounced on her with an attack midway through the match.

Jax laid out Liv with a Samoan Drop followed by The Annihilator and instructed Tiffany to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on the unconscious Women's World Champion. However, Dominik Mysterio ran down with Raquel and dragged Morgan away from the ring.

Hence, no title change occurred on the final segment of WWE Raw, this week and the champion vs. champion match lineup between Nia Jax and Liv Morgan for the inaugural Women's Crown Jewel Championship in Saudi Arabia on November 2nd remains intact.
