WWE Raw Results on December 30: The finalists for the inaugural WWE Women's Intercontinental title were confirmed on the final episode of Monday Night show for 2024, when a former champion also made his return at the the final edition of RAW that aired on USA Network.
The home of the Houton Rockets - the Toyota Center in Texas witnessed some heated exchanges with the mic and some thrilling action in the ring, starting with the New Day opening with a promo segment after being welcomed to chorus of boos from the packed crowd.

The New Day have turned heel in the past few weeks, and kept the momentum by hijacking a segment meant for Jey Uso, who later arrived to loud cheers and called out Drew McIntyre, but was interrupted by Solo Sikao. McIntyre later blindsided Uso and left him laying on the mat, to set up a meeting at next week's Netflix premier of Raw.
Later in a first-ever one-on-one matchup, former tag partners, Chad Gable and Otis collided with the former Olympian Gable running away with the win via submission - an ankle lock, which he has been putting to good use ahead of 2025.
In the women's Intercontinental Title tournament, Dakota Kai secured a hard-fought and grueling victory against Zoey Stark in the first semi-final before Raw rookie Lyra Valkyria stunned Iyo Sky in the second semi-final to cause one of the biggest shocks in recent Raw history.
The pair will now do battle to be named the first Women's Intercontinental Champion on next week's Raw on Netflix debut, where there are several other fights being lined up for the potentially stacked 2025 Raw opener.
In a six-man tag team contest, Damian Priest teamed with World Tag Team Champions The War Raiders to take down Finn Bálor, "Dirty" Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. While the War Raiders prevented Carlito from interfering, Priest got the job done on Mysterio, but the winners were attacked after the match.
Post the tag team contest, Ludwig Kaiser was taken out by the returning Sheamus before the show came to close with Seth Rollins and CM Punk faced off to tease their impending one-on-one contest set for next week on Raw.
