Bengaluru, March 9: The main event of Wrestlemania 34 was finalized at the Elimination Chamber PPV event after Roman Reigns won the men's division matchup to officially become the number one contender for the Universal Championship. So, Brock Lesnar will defend the title against him in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 8th.

Now, this decision from the creative team has faced a lot of backlashes from the fans as ths will be the fourth time in his career, the Samoan superstar is set to take the main event spotlight at Wrestlemania. Plus, fans do know that Brock Lesnar will leave the company after this match.

Hence, the outcome of the match is quite predictive where Roman Reigns wins the Universal Championship and receives a coronation. If these negative reactions are not enough for the officials to deal with, then there's an additional headache, as well which is quite a sensitive one.

It is reported by Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the officials are quite worried about Roman Reigns being accused in a drug-dealing case.

In recent times, he was involved with the very infamous, Richard Rodriguez who deals with steroids. Roman Reigns denied any sort of association with the steroid dealing case. But, nothing is confirmed until the full report gets disclosed.

Check out reports from The 434 Facebook page regarding this matter,

"WWE feels that it is important to have a backup plan in case damaging evidence against Reigns may come out of the investigation that filmmaker Jon Bravo is doing. Reigns was implicated in a steroid ring by jailed steroids dealer Richard Rodriguez, along with actors Mark Wahlberg and Josh Duhamel.

"Bravo noted that his report on WWE is complete. Bravo also notes that the report will contain evidence on Reigns and other former & current WWE Superstars."

An investigation on in this matter is in progress and there is high chance that it might expose the Big Dog. Hence, the officials are being forced to keep a backup plan ready for Wrestlemania 34 main event. If Reigns is proved guilty then he will be replaced by Braun Strowman.

This is the reason why this behemoth had the most dominant outing at the Elimination Chamber match. There is still a chance for him to be added to the title match to make this one a triple threat affair.

Right now, Braun Strowman is involved in a mini-feud against Elias. If the main event plans remain unchanged at Wrestlemania then it is likely that he will compete in a multi-superstar Intercontinental Championship match.
