Bengaluru, August 15: The legendary Ric Flair is in certain jeopardy as his heart condition is not quite well, as per the initial reports. We received the news of The Nature Boy undergoing a surgery on last night's Raw. The commentators provided an update on this on the live show.

According to them, the 16-time world champion was sent to the hospital for a surgery to fix the problems that he was suffering for while now. Apparently, he was moved into the ICU of the hospital and then medically induced into a state of coma.

After these arrangements, he was able to undergo a successful surgery as noted by Michael Cole, the prime commentator from Monday Night Raw. This was the statement that was made by the senior commentator on the show,

"Welcome back to Monday Night Raw, ladies, and gentleman, and as many of you are aware, WWE Hall of Famer "Nature Boy" Ric Flair has battled a number of health issues over the past couple of days."

"But, we *can* report tonight that Ric underwent successful surgery earlier today. However, he is not out of the woods yet and our thoughts and prayers are going out to Ric and his family in Atlanta tonight."

Alongside Cole, the other two commentators, Corey Graves and Booker T sent their best wishes to the two-time WWE Hall of Famer to get well soon. Although the surgery turned out to be successful, Ric Flair's condition has not improved, till now.

His family is by his side and it is expected that Charlotte Flair too has joined them. So, we should not be surprised if she does not show up on tomorrow night's Smackdown Live show.

The exact reason of Flair getting admitted to the hospital is still unknown. But according to wrestling journalist, Ryan Satin, it is a 'heart-related issue'. The Nature Boy has suffered from these issues in the past and with his growing age, the problems might have gone just bigger.
