WWE Royal Rumble 2025: Internet Personality IShowSpeed Enters Men's Rumble And Lasts Only Few Minutes

Internet personality IShowSpeed had a short stay like his namesake in the men's rumble match in the Royal Rumble 2025, which took place at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday (February 2).

Youtuber Darren Watkins Jr., known famously as IShowSpeed or Speed in short received an invite for the WWE Premium Live Event from Chief Content Officer of the company - Paul Levesque, aka Triple H.

The Game had personally invited iShowSpeed to the Royal Rumble event, granting him backstage access, even with permission to stream there, including the Gorilla position. Speed was not expected to be in action inside the ring, but circumstances forced Triple H from forcing him into the rumble.

The famed YouTuber IShowSpeed entered the WWE Royal Rumble 2025 after eighth entrant Akira Tozawa was injured during his entrance. Tozawa walked to the back stage as Adam Pearce checked on him.

Pearce then informed Triple H that Tozawa can't compete. So, the CCO of WWE asked Speed, who was also at backstage, to join the Rumble as a replacement for Tozawa. The Youtuber helped Bron Breakker eliminate Otis.

However, IShowSpeed soon ate a spear from Bron Breakker, who eliminated him in a couple of minutes by throwing out of the ring. While he was still in the contest as Otis outside the ring caught him, the angry superstar completed the elimination by putting Speed through the announce table.

As for the men's rumble, Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio and new signing Penta opened the match. While the legend was eliminated by Jacob Fatu, who entered the contest at number 12, Penta remained in the ring for longer.

Fatu made four eliminations, the same as Bron Breakker. The Bloodline member, who eliminated his cousin Jimmy Uso, was later confronted by another cousin and the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns, who entered the rumble at number 16.
